DESCRIPTION

The BG65 weigher and packaging machine is suitable for weighing and bagging granular products using films of different kind of coupled materials or polythene.
Max. bag's size: mm. 420(width) x mm. 800(length)
The weighing system is formed by 2 vibrators working together to increase the feeding flow. When the chosen rough weight is reached, 1 vibrator stops and the second one slows down to get the most possible accurate final weight. The 2 vibrators discharge the product into the weighing hopper located inside the forming tube. Therefore, the machine's height is considerably reduced and check of all operations is easier and improved.
Obtainable bags: Pillow or gusseted.
Bag's shaker-holder as standard fitting.
