C.I.A. srl will be present at "HOSPITANDO SARDEGNA" that will be held from 18th to 21st March 2007 at Cagliari, Sardinia - Italy. "Hospitando is entirely dedicated to the art of cooking, a two days-event to celebrate good taste and the quality of eno-gastronomic products, a place where ancient flavours of Sardinian cuisine are re-interpreted from a modern viewpoint. For example, homemade pasta, prepared according to Sardinian tradition, has been proposed together with non-Sardinian dishes in order to create new surprising combinations.In the past edition, national experts designed and created bizarre compositions made of chocolate and artistic decorations with carved vegetables and fruits, perfect for buffet tables. The Federazione Italiana Pizzaioli (Italian association of pizza-chefs) organised pizza-tastings and shows of "acrobatic pizza-making", while expert barmans prepared colourful cocktails."
